Howdy and hey you guys welcome to Mariam Poppins! Today I am going to share with you some ways I plan to use my Bullet Journal to help me on my 30 day journey of going vegan. So, I've gotten some questions as to why I am doing to this challenge and am I going Vegan? Right now I have plenty of good reasons for doing this challenge but I'll share one. I planning to reset my body. Am I planning on going Vegan after 30 days? I don't know for sure what my plans are after this journey but for now I like to focus on the present. Here are some ways I'm going to use my bujo to help a sista out! lol Since I'm a total newbie I've decided to learn about ways to veganize my pantry and here are some tips I got off the web from more than one site! I know right now my pantry isn't ready for what I'm trying to do. I wrote this out and not only is it my guide for what's going to go in my pantry but it may end up being my grocery list and I'll alter as I go. TThe categories I have are:
Then I wrote some Vegan Recipes To Try in my Leuchtturm 1917. I didn't want to be bored with eating certain things and I also wanted to try new things. I want to be prepared for success so right now (yes I'm still writing) I'm writing recipes that I'm getting from sites that my friends have recommended. I got the Vegan Broccoli and Cheese Soup recipe from Oh She Glows. The Sonoma Chickpea Salad I got from The Simple Veganista. I plan on taking a lot of the recipes I'm going to try between these two blogs at the moment. I may end up tracking how I feel as I go through this process in my bullet journal too so please stick around and see what happens as I challenge myself and go 30 days vegan! Do you have any tips for me?
