Howdy everyone! We are starting up our homeschool sessions on Monday and we use play dough for the little children. The children use play dough to mold it into shapes, numbers, letters or to help develop fine motor skills. We use play dough not only for play but as tool for learning. Nowadays play dough has come with so not some welcomed ingredients! Over the years I've made my own and it's always been a fun activity to include the whole family on. Here is the recipe I used. Here's how to make gluten free play dough (no bake):
Pour the water in a separate bowl and add your food coloring (in our case we added turmeric) Then we slowly added water into our dry mixture (I don't recommend just dumping all the water into it because it may not be the consistency you want) Then we gave it a good kneeing :D My children added the glitter while we were kneeing it! They went crazy with the glitter....because ....glitter! Hours of fun and quiet time!!!
