Howdy friends!
I love using journals and planners. I’ve been using journals for years now to write out my thoughts and put notes in from things I’ve learned from audios or books. Journals can be an immense help for you on your journey as a Muslimah. We know for sure that Allaah will test us and this life can be a challenge.
" Indeed amazing are the affairs of a believer ! They are all for his benefit; If he is granted ease of living he is thankful; and this is best for him. And if he is afflicted with a hardship, he perseveres; and this is best or him." [ Muslim ]
And Allah (S) said (which means); " Certainly, We shall test you with fear, hunger, loss of wealth, lives and fruits; but give glad tidings to the patient - those who, when afflicted with calamity say, "Truly to Allah we belong, and truly to Him shall we return." it is those who will be awarded blessings and mercy from their Lord; and it is those who are the guided ones." [ 2:155-157 ] It’s great to just write things out when you are feeling challenge and when you are feeling joyful. Here are some journal ideas for the Muslimah Journey 1. Personal Journal You can use it for everyday life, reflections and gratitude. How has Allaah helped you? You can go back and see your growth and development as a Muslimah 2. Ibaddah Journal Lessons from the Qur’aan. Audios that you’ve benefited from and anything beneficial that you’ve come across from books and lectures. 3. Art/Lettering/Mixed Media Journal When you want to express yourself using art. This is personally my fav way to not only memorize what I’m learning but it’s really relaxing. 4. Vintage Wife Diaries This where you write about joyful memories or moments of trials that you've overcome. It's also a time to share your thoughts and feelings about your spouse. We all know that marriage in Islam is very special. We have unique situations that other folks may not understand (i.e. polygyny) I did a video to chat more in detail about these journal ideas. I hope you guys enjoy :).

These are some very creative ideas. I'm a writer myself and doing these things will surely make it more fun. I'll have to buy the journal materials first, before following your guide. This will make my days a lot busier and creative. I can't wait to start the term with this suggestion.
