Hey you guys! Today I want to share some of the things that I'm doing on my road to self-care. I have a Webster's Pages Planner and I'm using it to keep my notes in and keep track of my self care process. I'm a big promoter of taking care of yourself and I'll be the first one to admit, even though I advocate it, I'm not the best at practicing it for myself. So I'm taking steps now to start keeping my records and writing my goals down. ![]() The first thing I have is a habit tracker for the month of June. I'm tracking some things that are very important to me and each day I use my Crayola Supertips to mark off whether I did an activity or not. I want my Self-Care Bujo to be a guided therapy session. I need it to ask me questions so I can have a better understanding of how I want my day to go. If you guys decide to do a habit tracker then I would recommend putting in it realistic things you want to keep track of. It could be something simple as "Did I brush my teeth today?" and believe it or not but I've seen several trackers have this and some people mention that due to daily life responsibilities they often forget to brush their teeth! You can also track whether you drink water that day. Whatever you consider important, you should track in your Bullet Journal. In my store I have the same habit tracker and you can see it here. Do you have a habit tracker? Would love to see yours, share your link below!
