I'm not going to go Greys Anatomy on you (I've never seen an episode in my life lol! I just know it's a hospital show!)
But let me school you guys real fast on the importance of taking care of your mental health.
What is mental health?
According to mental health.gov:
Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.
So if you aren't taking care of your mental health then you're affecting a whole bunch of other things!!!!
How do you start taking care of your mental health?

I really enjoy drawing and painting. After I had my 6th child it helped me by the permission of The One Who created everything, when it came to Postpartum. I really am big on mental health.
