Summer School With Mariam Poppins

Free your imagination and learn to create diverse, unique and engaging characters that will be great for your children's book stories! Starting this summer Mariam Poppins offers an inside tour of how she illustrates her characters inside her  studio in this four-week course!

Step inside the studio and discover new sources of inspiration to create memorable characters that are not only faceless, but they are engaging and still connect with young readers.

Mariam Poppins has illustrated several books for women all over the world.

What will you learn in this online course?

The graphic above is a synopsis of what each week will look like in Summer School. The class will be pre-recorded- giving students time needed to take in the materials according to their schedule. 
Prerecorded classes will be available for 3 months and then no longer available. 

Who is this online course for?

This course is for anyone who wants to explore illustrations that are designed for children's books, the Mariam Poppins way.
You do not have to be an illustrator- this workshop can be used for those who just want to learn something new or start a new career or side hustle.

Requirements & Materials 

• The desire to learn
• Any drawing materials (tablet, iPad, Wacom, Cintiq, pencils, papers etc.)
• Access to the internet to upload course materials and view videos
