Today I want to share a little bit about why this blog exists and what I hope it brings to you.

Some of you might not know, but I actually started as a blogger many years ago. Back then, it was joy ….writing posts, building a little corner of community, and having real conversations with women who connected with my words. It felt awesome to create a space where stories and encouragement could meet.

Blogging gave me something constructive and meaningful to focus on.

If you’re new here, my creative journey began during an interesting life changing season. After my doctor told me I was experiencing postpartum anxiety, I turned to creativity as a way to cope…

This is a place for moms, authors, and dreamers …anyone navigating the beautiful, messy mix of life, creativity, and big feelings.
Here at The Scribble Community, we talk about the: motherhood in all its layers, the art of storytelling and illustration, and the ways we can hold space for ourselves and others when life feels a little wiggly and wobbly.
