Since we are dealing with COVID-19 we cannot accept returns/cancellations . We are only allowing shop credit for anything missing that had tracking.
USPS has been taking packages but the tracking says "Pre-shipment". Please be patient with us and USPS - things have been awry for months now. We give USPS 30 days starting when the package is marked shipped before we offer store credit for lost items.

If you make a purchase during a sale (this is where the volume of others are higher than normal), shipping may take up to 4-5 weeks (business days).
